R3 Coalition  is an alliance formed with several relief organizations, in order to put forward proactive operation strategies to enhance community resilience during and post extreme weather conditions (torrential rains, hurricanes), earthquakes and public health emergencies.  The coalition will ensure that communities are prepared to respond efficiently to disastrous events through planning, resilience building and training in emergency response.
